A refund returns what you have not used
Ask for a top-up to be refunded and whatever is still unspent goes back to the card it came from. The same amount comes off your balance, so the books agree on both sides.
Topped up A$50, spent A$20
A$30 comes back to your card, and A$30 comes off your balance.
Spent none of it
The whole top-up comes back.
Spent all of it
There is nothing to return — the work was done.

How do I ask?
Write to contact@duohand.com and say which top-up. A person reads it.
How long does it take?
The refund leaves the same day it is agreed; your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually a few days.
Can I close the account and get the balance back?
Yes — unspent credit is refundable whether or not you are leaving.
